The JumpStart Fitness Assessment is a 2-session fitness evaluation that provides a comprehensive overview of your physical health. We look at your strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, as well as muscle imbalances and limitations.
We collect all the gathered data and give you a “Report of Findings”. This is feedback for you in your current health and fitness journey.
Next, we put together the “Road Map for Success.” Which outlines your health and fitness journey and actionable steps that you can take immediately to improve your health, fitness, and successfully reach your goals.
