MECA personal training gets you the results you want when it comes to building muscle, losing body fat, increasing strength, and improving energy levels without worrying about getting hurt or even needing to think about what you need to do next since we take care of everything. Our elite level personal trainers work directly with you in a 1:1 setting where they create a plan designed around your specific needs and goals.

Our personal training for men is for anyone near the Northville, Royal Oak, and Cascade/Ada area who wants to have the physique they deserve, who wants to improve their longevity, increase their energy, and do it all pain or injury free. It doesn’t matter if you’ve ever worked with a personal trainer or even gone to the gym before – our programs are customized directly to you. 

How does it work?

When you first come in we will perform a Fitness Assessment where we perform a movement assessment, muscle balance test, and a body composition test. From there, your dedicated 1-1 personal trainer will create your workout program and customize and progress as it’s needed so you never plateau.
